Last patent date is 1926 so most likely from the late 1920's.
Hardly looks used despite the age.  Some signs of age that should clean up relatively nicely mostly on the metal.  A few minor condition issues but other wise excellent complete condition. Plastic seperation spacers between upper set of bars are dried out and mostly broken out.  Will need to be replaced at somepoint or left as is. The pad material between the bars and the frame is somewhat dreid out and worn although it is complete.
